Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, it is passed to one of our trusted delivery partners for fulfilment.
Most UK orders arrive within 5 business days, while international deliveries typically arrive within 14 business days. However, please allow up to 7 business days for UK orders and up to 15 business days for international orders before contacting us, as we are unable to raise courier investigations until these timeframes have passed.
Please note that delivery may occasionally take longer during bank holidays, seasonal peaks such as Christmas, and other busy promotional periods.

Delivery Responsibility
While we and our delivery partners make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer where delivery instructions request that the parcel be left in a safe place. This applies where “safe place” delivery (or similar wording) is selected at checkout or included in delivery notes. In such cases, Amiqura cannot accept liability for parcels marked as delivered but not received.

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
International orders outside Europe and the USA are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means local customs charges, import duties, taxes, or handling fees may be payable by the customer on arrival.
We recommend checking your country’s local import rules and charges before placing an order, as these fees are not included in your purchase total.
Please note that some countries, including Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, may have stricter customs procedures which can cause delays. Once your parcel has entered customs in the destination country, delivery time is outside our control. We recommend monitoring your tracking updates closely for the latest information.
