Use of the Website

To register on www.amiqura.com and purchase products from our website, you must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration, or at any other time, is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update us if any of your personal details change, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any other information required to process your order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

refuse a new customer registration or suspend an existing account at any time
terminate your access to all or part of our website or services, with or without notice
discontinue the website, services, or any part of them at any time, with or without notice

Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. Acceptance of your order is dependent on stock availability. Confirmation of your order by website or email does not guarantee fulfilment.

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund. Orders containing sale items may occasionally be dispatched without certain items if stock becomes unavailable. Any unavailable items will be refunded and you will be informed accordingly.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order confirmation email and order number confirm that we have received your order. A binding contract between you and Amiqura is formed only when your order has been dispatched, unless we notify you that your order has not been accepted or you cancel it before dispatch.

Our delivery partner will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery. If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, your order may be cancelled and refunded.

Pricing, Descriptions and Product Information

All prices payable for products are shown on the website at the time your order is placed, plus any applicable delivery charges. If we identify an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled.

Prices listed on this website apply only to purchases made directly through www.amiqura.com. The same products may be sold elsewhere at different prices. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable (excluding tea products, where VAT may not apply).

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, measurements, images, and prices are accurate, minor variations may occur. Product colours, particularly teaware, may differ slightly from how they appear on screen due to monitor settings. Measurements and sizes are approximate but provided as accurately as possible.

Payment

Payment is taken when your order is placed, subject to card verification and stock availability. Payment must be made using a valid debit or credit card accepted by us. The billing address must match the address registered to the payment card.

You may save a new payment method to your account at any time, but once an order has been completed, the payment method used for that order cannot be changed.

To help prevent fraud, we may verify your name, address, and other personal information against third-party databases. By placing an order, you consent to these checks. This may involve sharing limited personal information with authorised credit reference agencies for identity verification only. These checks will not affect your credit score.

Delivery

Ownership of goods transfers to you once full payment has been received and the products have been delivered, either directly to you or left in a designated safe place or with a neighbour. Once delivery has been completed, responsibility for loss or damage passes to you.

Please note:
We do not recommend ordering fragile teaware for delivery outside mainland UK or the European Union. Although we package breakable goods with care, we cannot guarantee that such items will arrive undamaged when shipped beyond these regions.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Promotions and Discount Codes

To redeem a promotion, a valid discount code must be entered at checkout in the promotion code field. Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed if they were not entered during checkout.

For telephone orders, discount codes must be quoted before the order is processed.

All promotions and discount codes are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of issue. Only one promotional code may be used per order.

Please note that existing discounts, bundles, and promotional offers are excluded from additional discount codes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Website Updates and Maintenance

We may occasionally need to restrict access to the website in order to carry out maintenance, updates, or technical improvements. We will aim to keep any disruption to a minimum.

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing this policy before using our services or placing an order.

Intellectual Property

All content on www.amiqura.com, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, store, and print content from this website for personal, non-commercial use only, provided all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or otherwise use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Amiqura.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK or German law.

Subject to the above, this website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Amiqura harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

content you submit, post, or transmit through the website
your use or misuse of the website
use or misuse of the website by anyone acting on your behalf
your breach of these Terms and Conditions

This clause does not apply where prohibited under mandatory consumer protection laws, including applicable German consumer law.

Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel or return your order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and, where applicable, German consumer protection laws for customers residing in Germany.

Customers in Germany have a statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) of 14 days from receipt of goods in accordance with §§ 312g, 355 BGB (German Civil Code), unless a legal exception applies.

You may also return products within 30 days of dispatch, provided they are unused, in saleable condition, and returned in their original undamaged packaging. We will offer either a refund or replacement.

Return shipping costs are refundable only where items are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at Amiqura’s discretion, except where goods are defective.

Refunds and Replacements

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days where required under applicable law, and in any event no later than 30 days from cancellation or return. If we are unable to refund the original payment method, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund option.

For faulty products returned after the statutory cancellation period, we reserve the right to offer a repair, replacement part, or substitute item of equal or similar value where appropriate, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms and any contract between you and Amiqura for the purchase of goods shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer residing in Germany, you will also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of German law that cannot be excluded by contract, including applicable provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB).

For business customers, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For consumers, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
